WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE START?
The Physiq Apparel Black Friday sale starts on 24th November, at 8pm GMT. Click here, to find out what time it starts in your country!
WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED AND WHAT PERCENTAGE?
Every single product will be discounted up to 80% off. Yep, that includes all latest releases and popular collections.
I'VE NEVER SHOPPED AT PHYSIQ APPAREL BEFORE, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
All of our products are true to size, but we also have a interactive size finder to find your perfect size based on your body size and shape. Simply click 'Find your size' on the product page.
Alternatively, chat to our team using the live chat. We will be able to help you find the right size.
I'M FROM EUROPE, SHOULD I SHOP ON THE PHYSIQ APPAREL EU STORE?
You may have already noticed that we now have a seperate EU store, with benefits such as Klarna payments, Local payment methods and low cost shipping from our warehouse in Malmo, Sweden. Orders on the EU store will be charged in Euros with no currency conversions applied.
You can still shop on the main store (physiqapparel.com), but will be charged in GBP and will only be able to pay with Credit card or PayPal.
If you're from the UK, you will always be shopping on the main store.
WILL PRICES CHANGE ONCE THE SALE GOES LIVE?
Prices will not go up or down once the sale goes live, so we'd recommend getting online early to ensure you don't miss out on your favourite picks.
IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO GO TO CHECKOUT, THE CART JUST REFRESHES?
If you are unable to proceed to checkout, it means an item in your cart has sold out. Go back to the product pages for the items you have chosen and check that it still shows your size available. If you find a product that now shows your size as unavailable, remove that item from your cart to checkout.
WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE SALE?
Products could be restocked during the sale as we distribute stock across our 2 stores (WW and EU), however we would recommend getting in early as there is no guarantee the product you would like will be restocked.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed, it is difficult to make changes due to the fullfillment process. However, if you contact us within a few hours of your order we will try out best to make size and colour amendments.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note, there will be no order cancellation option during the Black Friday sale.
I AM MISSING SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER..
Due to stock availability within our warehouse, your order may be dispatched in seperate packages. Do not worry! If there is any issue, our Customer Support team will notify you.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Ofcourse. Our returns policy during Black Friday remains the same - you can still return an item if it's not quite right.
