When does the Summer Sale start and end?
Our First Ever Summer Sitewide Sale starts on Thursday 15th August, at 8pm BST. Click here to find out what time it starts in your country.
We don't have a confirmed end date for the sale yet, but we will announce this on social media and email.
Which products will be discounted in the sale?
Everything, sitewide will be included in the Heatwave sale. That includes all popular collections and latest releases - we're serious!
20% to 70% will be discounted across the store. All products are subject to stock availability so we recommend getting online early to avoid missing your favourite picks.
I can't login to my account. What's happened?
When the Sale launches we are also launching our new EU site. If you are from Europe (excluding UK) then you will now be shopping on the new EU site. You must create a new customer account on the EU site.
If you are from the United Kingdom, United States and Rest of World you will be using the main website and be able to login with your original details.
Will items be restocked during the sale?
All stock levels are final and restocks will not be added during the sale.
Will the prices change throughout the sale?
The Heatwave Summer Sale prices are locked from the time the sale starts, that means no further reductions.
Can I reserve items in my cart and return when the sale starts?
Yes, you can add items to your cart and they will be saved for when you return on Thursday. You must have an account on our store and be logged in to use the persistent cart feature. Note that adding items to your cart does not reserve the items from being sold someone else. Completing the checkout will confirm the order.
It won't let me go to checkout, the cart page is just refreshing
If the cart page is refreshing and not proceeding to the checkout, this means that one of the items in your cart has gone out of stock. Go to the product pages for the items you have in your cart and see if it still shows your size being available. If there is an item in your cart that you can see your size is no longer available, remove this item from your cart in order to continue to checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to increase order volumes and fullfillment processes during the sale, it won't be possible to cancel your order after it has been placed.
Can I return items from the sale?
Our usual returns policy applies during the sale. You can still return an item for credit or exchange - see our full returns policy here
